Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anger, stress, anxiety, or life transitions? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I provide virtual therapy for individuals seeking to better understand their emotions, improve relationships, and respond more effectively to life’s challenges.

I am a clinical social worker and Certified Anger Management Specialist II with experience supporting anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, and anger dysregulation. I work with individuals impacted by complex systems, court-mandated populations, and professionals in high-stress environments, including law enforcement.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strength-based, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to build insight, emotional awareness, and lasting change. Rather than trying to eliminate emotions like anger or stress, we focus on understanding what they are communicating.

What you can expect from me

I integrate CBT, trauma-informed care, and culturally grounded, responsive approaches to support meaningful growth.

If you are ready to better understand your experiences and take the next step, I invite you to reach out or schedule directly through my website.
