Great to meet you!

I’m Greg Hill, a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience supporting adults and adolescents as they navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum differences, and life transitions. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have worked across a range of clinical settings, including individual, family, and systems-based care.

I have a particular passion for working with individuals who experience ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, as well as those impacted by trauma or chronic stress. Clients often describe me as grounded, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. My work is rooted in a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach, with an emphasis on helping clients feel understood, respected, and supported as they work toward meaningful, sustainable change. I value collaboration, practical tools, and a pace that feels respectful of each client’s goals and nervous system.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and practical. I work with clients to understand how past experiences, nervous system patterns, and current stressors influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present. Together, we focus on increasing awareness, building emotional regulation skills, and developing strategies that support daily functioning and healthier relationships.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and skills-oriented therapies, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and neurotype. My style balances compassion with gentle challenge, supporting insight while helping clients take practical, concrete steps toward change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive, low-pressure environment focused on getting to know them as a whole person. We’ll talk about what’s bringing them to therapy, what they’re hoping to change or better understand, and any previous experiences with counseling.

I prioritize helping clients feel safe, heard, and respected from the beginning. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and outlining a general direction for therapy, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable. Many clients leave the first session feeling more grounded, with a clearer sense of next steps and a few initial tools or reflections to carry forward.
