Great to meet you!

I support adolescents, adults, couples, and families in making meaningful changes in their lives. I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, relationships, grief and loss, anger management, men’s issues, depression, and the LGBTQ+ community.

I graduated from Pepperdine University with a master’s degree in clinical psychology and have 11 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I work in my private practice and in an agency as a Clinical Supervisor where I supervise and train therapists.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients to understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns that can make you feel hopeless, depressed, anxious, or stuck and that prevent you from moving forward.

We will establish clear goals and discuss strategies and coping techniques tailored to your unique strengths and abilities in order to achieve those goals. We will work together to help you become the most authentic and capable version of yourself, find deeper meaning and fulfillment in life, and to achieve your fullest potential.

Therapy may include a combination of strength-based psychology, positive psychology, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy and Relational Therapy based on your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

I provide a comfortable, relaxed, and judgement free environment where you can feel safe to speak freely and confidentially about difficult feelings and experiences.

You can expect to feel supported, heard and encouraged in therapy but feel challenged as well. Together we will work to help you gain better self-understanding and insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to improve your overall well-being.
