Great to meet you!

Have you ever felt like things in your life have been a bit off? Are you feeling lost when things seem uncertain? Have you felt like something seems to be constantly out of place? Do you have a problem you want to deal with but are struggling to address it? Do you just need the space to talk through things with someone outside of your daily life? Do you just want to get back on the trail so you can return to living life to the fullest again?

My approach to therapy

We can work to find that path forward together. I offer a non-judgmental space for us to explore where you’re at, what’s holding you back, where you want to go, and how we get there. My approach varies based on what you want to achieve and what works best for you. Whether we need to explore your past, rewrite parts of your story, pick up new tools, learn new strategies, or something else entirely, we’ll do it together.

What you can expect from me

I have worked with people from different walks of life with all sorts of problems. Heck, I’ve had my own struggles at times in my life. There seems to be a common thread we all share: we want to be heard and understood. I’m here to listen and understand. From there, we can find that path forward.
