Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in neuroscience, mental health, and whole-person care. Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, chronic stress, and the feeling that their mind is constantly “on.”

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. I enjoy helping people understand how their brain and nervous system work, not just treating symptoms. Many of my clients are high-functioning young adults who appear to be doing fine on the outside while quietly struggling with overwhelm, focus, motivation, sleep, or emotional exhaustion.

I believe good mental health care should feel human. You deserve to feel heard, educated, and supported, not rushed or judged. My goal is to create a calm space where we can work together to build clarity, resilience, and a plan that actually fits your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach to mental health care. That means looking beyond a checklist of symptoms and understanding how stress, sleep, habits, relationships, hormones, nervous system patterns, and life experiences may all be contributing to how you feel.

I often integrate practical tools from approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT alongside neuroscience education and medication management when appropriate. I want clients to leave sessions with insight, direction, and tools they can actually use in real life.

Many people I work with are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, overthinking, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck. Sometimes they’ve spent years blaming themselves for patterns they never fully understood.

My role is not to judge you. It is to help you understand what is happening, reduce unnecessary suffering, and move toward a healthier, more grounded version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding you as a person, not just collecting symptoms.

We’ll talk about what has been going on emotionally, mentally, and physically, along with your goals, stressors, routines, sleep, focus, relationships, and anything else that may be affecting your well-being. I also spend time helping clients understand possible patterns and connections, especially when anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, or nervous system overload may overlap.

My style is conversational, supportive, and educational. Many clients say they leave feeling more understood, less alone, and more hopeful about what is actually possible moving forward.

This is a collaborative process. We move at a pace that feels manageable and realistic for you.
