Great to meet you!

Sometimes you reach a point where you know you need support but haven't taken that first step yet. I am an LCSW working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and life's harder transitions. My approach is empathic, direct, and built around you, not a pre-packaged plan. It would be my privilege to get started together.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a conversation, and I use both intellect and intuition to help you put your life back in focus. My approach draws on EMDR, CBT, ACT, and CPT, adapting to what each person needs rather than a fixed playbook. EMDR works through trauma without requiring you to retell it in detail. CBT surfaces the thought patterns fueling anxiety or low mood. ACT builds flexibility around what cannot change so you can move toward what matters. CPT addresses how difficult events shaped your core beliefs. Every session includes practical, actionable feedback you can use between appointments.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a real conversation. I will ask what brought you in, what has and has not worked, and what you are hoping changes. You will leave with a clear sense of whether we are a good fit and at least one concrete thing to try before we meet again. My aim is that you walk out feeling genuinely heard, maybe for the first time in a while.
