Great to meet you!

I’m Dr. Greggy Lubin, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I help clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, mood concerns, and life transitions. My background includes many years in nursing, veteran care, telehealth, and leadership. I provide care that is respectful, culturally sensitive, and focused on helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I take time to listen, understand your concerns, and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. I believe mental health care should feel safe, respectful, and easy to understand. Together, we will focus on improving your symptoms, building stability, and helping you move toward long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free space. We will talk about what brings you to care, your current symptoms, your history, and what you hope to improve. I will explain my recommendations clearly and answer your questions. My goal is for you to leave with a better understanding of your needs and a clear plan for the next steps.
