Great to meet you!

I am a warm and collaborative psychotherapist who works with adults on depression, anxiety and trauma in all of their complexities. This can include relationship difficulties; gender and sexual identity; work-related stress and burnout; professional/career development and transition; intercultural and binational relationships; and immigration-related stressors. My clinical training and work have been in hospital, residential and private clinic contexts in Boston and New York City.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize collaboration, curiosity and inclusion in my practice, founded on a strong therapeutic relationship centered on your experiences and goals. I integrate evidenced-based approaches aligning with your needs: cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, relational and solutions-focused methods.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about starting us off on a strong footing, which means understanding what troubles you and what you would like to accomplish in therapy. I will probably ask a lot of questions and welcome you to do the same of me. We will develop a plan of action to make progress on your goals.
