Dr. Caudill is board certified in General Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. He attended Medical School at the Medical University of South Carolina, residency in Psychiatry at Wake Forest University Medical Center and a Fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry through the Center for Drug and Alcohol Programs at MUSC.


Dr. Caudill has worked in the field of Addiction treatment for more than 18 years. He is a Professor in Addiction Medicine at Tulane and Psychiatry at Louisiana State University.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Caudill is a physician that specializes in the use of medications, psychotherapies, and other practices that relieve the behavioral, mood, and cognitive symptoms of addiction.


He and the therapists in his practice use evidenced-based medications and psychotherapy in the context of inclusive spirituality to help patients stop using opioids, alcohol, and other drugs as well as changing problematic compulsive behaviors.
