Great to meet you!

I graduated from SUNY @ Buffalo and have been working in the field for over 25 years. I have enjoyed helping people from all walks of life and age groups. I am a good listener and have lots of helpful information to assist people with reaching their goals and making self-improvements. It is important to build comfort and trust with your therapist. Some people need to explore issues and some need to skill build. Wherever you are at is where we will start.

My approach to therapy

I understand that every client has different goals and perspectives. I work with each person to find a direction in treatment that works for them. I guide treatment but clients have to see value in the direction of care, trust with their therapist, and feel safe.

I am here to support you wherever you are at. I am aware of the internal struggle many people deal with and the need to move past this so they can get back to life. I look forward to helping you on your journey.

What you can expect from me

I like to build comfort, trust, and an understanding of the issues before setting goals. Once this has been established, I am willing to work at whatever pace works best for the client. Some people need to process more and some need skill building more.
