Great to meet you!

I use a psychodynamic approach to unpack wounds of the past, which can negatively impact current relationships. I utilize mindfulness, humanistic, and strengths-based techniques to help those experiencing depression, anxiety, inadequacy, or sexual shame. I have 17 years of experience counseling partners of narcissists, couples, young adults, older adults, & LGBTQ folks.

My approach to therapy

I start with a deep dive into family history in order to help you make the connections to your current challenges. I also emphasize Mindfulness based practices to help keep you focused on the current moment where meaningful, true, and lasting change can occur. I am not your judge. I am here to support you in navigating challenges, dealing with difficult people, and ultimately living your best life.

What you can expect from me

While each session is different. My clients often say that my approach helps facilitate awareness around approaches that are no longer working for them. This helps to incorporate truly dynamic change in your life. I strive to help clients feel supported without judgement, become more empowered, and experience greater peace.
