I received my clinical training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, working with child, adolescent and adult clients. Taking a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I specialize in treating ADHD, OCD, depression and mood disorders, as well as behavioral disorders in children and adolescents. I also have additional experience in holistic and integrative psychiatry.
My approach is collaborative, individualized, and solution-focused. I work to understand each person’s unique goals and values, and then tailor evidence-based strategies that promote both immediate relief and long-term growth. I view care as a partnership—one that integrates practical tools, meaningful insight, and, when appropriate, thoughtful use of medication to help patients move forward with confidence and clarity.
The first session is a chance to get to know each other and clarify what’s most important to you. I take time to understand your history, strengths, and challenges, while helping you feel heard and supported. By the end, you’ll have a sense of direction and what our work together will look like.
