Great to meet you!

If you're here, something in your life is asking for change. That takes courage — and it matters.

I've spent my career as a witness to some of the most remarkable stories of human resilience. People who arrived carrying what felt like insurmountable weight, and who found their way — not because the road got easier, but because they stopped walking it alone. I can't promise where the road will take us. But I can promise that nothing will derail my commitment to joining you on your journey toward healing.

I focus primarily on mood disorders — depression and anxiety — and I work with clients navigating the full range of what those experiences look like in a real life. Whether you've been struggling for years or something has recently shifted, this is a space built for honest, judgment-free conversation.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation — open, collaborative, and free from preconceived notions about who you are or where you should be.

We won't start with assumptions. We'll start with you — your experience, your goals, and what meaningful change actually looks like for your life.

Together, we'll focus on:

  • Understanding the patterns beneath depression and anxiety
  • Building practical tools for managing your emotional experience
  • Shifting the thoughts and behaviors that keep you stuck
  • Developing clarity about what you want your life to feel like
  • Moving forward at a pace that feels honest and sustainableI support those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management challenges, including panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and sleep disorders. I work with individuals experiencing grief and bereavement, end of life issues, infertility, chronic conditions such as diabetes, and other health-related disabilities that impact emotional well-being. My practice also supports clients living with bipolar disorder (also known as manic depressive illness), attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), eating disorders, alcohol and substance abuse concerns, anger management and impulse control difficulties, and complex family or relationship issues.I provide affirming care around identity development, cultural and ethnic issues, women’s issues, men’s issues, maternal mental health including prepartum and postpartum transitions. Whether you are navigating major life transitions, managing chronic stress, or working through long-standing patterns, therapy can be a space to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater stability and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a shared conversation — a chance for us to get to know one another, talk through what's brought you here, and begin to shape a direction forward.

You don't need a prepared speech or a clear sense of your goals yet. Come as you are. We'll figure out the rest together.
