I work primarily with adults who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—whether that’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, substance use, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally overwhelmed, reactive, or unsure how to create lasting change.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work, with concentrations in mental health and trauma. My clinical background includes work in psychiatric hospital settings and dual-diagnosis treatment programs specializing in men’s substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
I am trained in EMDR, experiential therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, psychodrama, parts work, and inner child work. My approach blends practical skill-building with deeper experiential work to address both present challenges and underlying patterns.
As someone in long-term recovery myself (7+ years), I understand both the clinical and personal sides of change. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented—I believe it should have a clear direction and ultimately support your independence, not long-term dependence.
