Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor specializing in trauma, addiction and recovery, anxiety, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I’ve worked with adults across residential, outpatient, and private practice settings, helping people navigate difficult experiences and create lasting change. My goal is to provide a genuine, judgment-free space where you can better understand yourself, work through what’s keeping you stuck, and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation built on trust, honesty, and connection. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are while also challenging you when it can help you grow. I draw from EMDR, CBT, motivational interviewing, experiential therapy, and parts work to help you understand patterns, heal from past experiences, and develop healthier ways of moving forward. We’ll focus not only on managing symptoms, but on understanding what’s underneath them and creating meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying what you’d like to change. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what has or hasn’t worked in the past, and begin developing goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. I create a relaxed, judgment-free environment where you can be yourself and don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk in. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and clear about where we can begin.
