Great to meet you!

Are you feeling anxious, uncertain, or like you're carrying more than you can hold right now? Maybe life feels like it's shifting under you, or you're going through the motions but feeling empty inside. If any of that resonates, I want you to know: you're not alone, and you don't have to figure this out by yourself.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, and for more than 20 years I've walked alongside people working through depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, grief, and the kind of difficult life transitions that can make you feel unmoored. My approach starts with you — your strengths, your story, and what you actually need — rather than a one-size-fits-all method. I'm trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, so together we'll find the one that fits your goals, not the other way around.

My approach to therapy

I have a particular depth of experience with trauma and high-stress careers. I spent years as a career firefighter, rising to Chief Officer, and I've spent decades since working closely with first responders, healthcare professionals, and others in high-pressure roles. If you're a firefighter, paramedic, police officer, nurse, or physician, I understand the specific weight of that work — the hypervigilance, the compassion fatigue, the moments you can't un-see — because I've lived it and I've specialized in treating it. But this isn't just for first responders: anyone navigating anxiety, trauma, or a hard season of change will find a steady, experienced partner in me.

What you can expect from me

All sessions are secure telehealth, so you can talk with me from wherever feels safe and comfortable — no commute, no waiting room, just a confidential space that's yours.

If you're ready to take a step toward feeling more like yourself again, I'd be glad to be part of that journey with you.
