Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of experience as a mental health counselor with a background in clinical supervision and social work. I strive to provide a very relaxed, nonjudgmental, safe space to help support clients move forward in their healing.

My approach to therapy

My background is in Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I adapt those focuses to meet each client's unique needs. I have worked with a diverse clientele on issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, grief and loss, and parenting, along with the challenges of life's daily stressors.

What you can expect from me

I recognize the privilege of sitting with each client and hearing their story. I am very client centered, solution and strength-base focused, and work collaboratively to assist you in achieving balance and wellness as you begin living your best life. Please reach out and we will create a safe and trusting space for you to begin your journey.
