Great to meet you!

I have a MSW from the University of Washington and a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

I have an unrestricted license to independently practice as a social worker in both the states of Washington and California.

My clinical training is in motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based CBT, DBT, suicide assessment, and a strengths-based approach.

I am professionally trained in Intergroup Dialogue facilitation, providing clinical supervision for social workers, as well as EDI strategy.

My approach to therapy

I am a clinical social worker who has practiced since 2011 in a variety of settings including community mental health agencies, hospitals, and jails providing therapy and case management services. This mental health practice is an opportunity for me to continue my work for people who can benefit from therapy in our increasingly digital age. My goal is to provide mental health treatment that will best suit your needs in our rapidly changing world.

What you can expect from me

We will work on skills building, normalizing talking about difficult emotions, and normalizing the process of engaging in therapy.
