Great to meet you!

I have been providing therapeutic services over the last 22 years. I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.

I feel that finding a therapist is a highly personal process and it is important to choose the right one that works for you.

My approach to therapy

From those individuals just entering adulthood to the established professional, I provide a compassionate and collaborative approach, utilizing evidenced-based therapeutic methods. Areas of expertise include guiding individuals and families struggling with substance abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-awareness and relationship issues.

What you can expect from me

Life can be challenging, and for some, asking for help may be more difficult. Talking to friends, family and those we trust may provide temporary relief, however the underlying feelings or difficulties persist. My passion is to help others navigate and heal from life’s difficult situations that come their way. Our first session will be to identify what a safe therapeutic space means for you and identify what you would like to accomplish during your time in therapy.
