It is my passion to help individuals overcome their traumas so they can be the healthiest version of themselves. Trauma isn't always obvious and it can look big or small to an outsider. What matters most is the impact it has on your life. If you are ready to work through the challenges you have faced in your life, I would love to walk alongside you in healing the pain of your past.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapist and use EMDR Therapy to work through trauma history or adverse life experiences. When we heal the pain of our past we can live a more satisfying and fulfilling present. I believe this is an essential step in building the future you have always desired.
