Great to meet you!

I work with individuals and families across the spectrum, as well as professionals navigating major life transitions. As a Psychology Professor and Senior Lecturer, I provide a high-level clinical space for those who feel "stuck" in their current narrative. Whether you are exploring your identity, navigating a career shift, or seeking LGBTQ+ affirming care, my ideal clients are those ready to build a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and truly yours.

My approach to therapy

I have worked in community mental health for the past few years and as a result, acquired a passion for serving individuals from a multitude of backgrounds. I specialize in working with adults, LGBTQ-2S, adolescents, and children. Examples of presenting problems are sexual trauma, transitioning genders, depression, PTSD, and anxiety.

What you can expect from me

My work is holistic in nature, with a focus on both nonverbal and verbal forms of communication. I incorporate mindful and guided meditations and tools to reinforce learned coping skills in session. I believe in addressing you as a whole person. This means I look at the physical, mental, relational, professional, and spiritual aspects of the clients life
