Hi, I’m Gretchen, a double board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for teens and adults living with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on whole-person wellness.

I use evidence-based treatments to help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, while also considering lifestyle, stress, and overall wellness.
