Great to meet you!

For more than a decade, I have been gaining experience and receiving training specializing in the treatment of trauma. I am passionate about working with people who have experienced things in their life they are trying to make sense of. I am also a sex-positive therapist and enjoy helping people with concerns related to sex and/or sexuality. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional; a Certified Sex Therapist with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists; LGBTQIA+ affirming; and a registered kink and poly aware professional. I happily work with people from all backgrounds, beliefs, and persuasions. I take pride in my ability to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

My approach to therapy

I work from a trauma-informed standpoint and maintain a strengths-based perspective. I strive to relate to each person where they are, without judgment and with kindness. I am dedicated to supporting people in their journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

My work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care that is tailored to each person's unique needs and lived experiences. Goals often include healing wounds, deepening intimacy, cultivating self-understanding, and building healthier, more secure relationships. I believe that healing is possible through compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person's story and identity.
