Great to meet you!

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes we all need a little extra support. I work with individuals experiencing emotional, social, or situational struggles — meeting you with empathy, understanding, and tools to help you move forward in a healthy, sustainable way.

Growth requires understanding the why and how we got here. Circumstances, opportunities, support systems or lack thereof all play an integral part in how we manage, view and approach our challenges. I strive to help my clients understand where their emotions and reactions are coming from, working layer by layer to make sense of the why.

Counseling and therapy are a very heathy approach to dealing with the many things that we experience. Lack of emotional support can lead to illness. There is no reason anyone should try to manage situations and emotional instability without the support and guidance of professional providers. I am here to guide, listen, provide feedback and support.
