Gretchen Levy

Hello! I'm an LCSW in Colorado. I did my grad training at University of Denver and I have had the honor of working as a therapist for 15 years in a variety of settings including integrated care, residential and outpatient. I employ a relational and strengths based approach to therapeutic work. I believe that relationships are the greatest source of healing and provide a warm, supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients can safely do deep work.

I believe that individuals are the experts in their own lives and through communication and trust clients can feel empowered to envision a brighter future and positive change. I am an advocate of social justice, I am culturally sensitive and aware. I deeply value humor and practice in ways that are nurturing, playful and direct.

I strive to empower clients in making positive change. I offer a supportive, judgement free zone where you can safely work through things.
