She has worked in a wide variety of treatment settings which include private practice, community mental health agencies, residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, and psychiatric hospitals.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach with clients as we work together through the therapy process. I use a cognitive behavioral approach and give clients things to work on outside of therapy so they can practice skills learned in sessions. I prefer working with older teenagers and adults.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to help reduce symptoms that impact functioning in a timely fashion to help folks live the lives they want to live.
