Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m a therapist who specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate life and emotional overwhelm with clarity and compassion. I focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where you can understand what’s not working, strengthen what is, and move toward lasting change.

I am licensed in Virginia (LPC) and Florida (LMHC), and hold a Master of Science degree, specializing in Mental Health Counseling. My experience primarily spans across a variety of concerns to include Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bi Polar, Personality disorders, Trauma, ADHD, Family, Relationship and Marital issues, Life Transitions, Gender Dysmorphia/Identity, Women's Issues, Military Separation and Grief.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection. I use evidence-based tools and techniques to guide and support you in reaching personal goals.

I support individuals (ages 16+) and couples feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I help clients navigate trauma, stress, relationship conflict, and trust injuries while building insight, healthy communication, and renewed connection with yourself and others.

My communication style is warm, steady, and honest. I listen deeply and reflect your emotions and patterns with care, offering feedback that’s both validating and clear. In sessions, I balance support with guidance so you feel understood while also moving toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

First session jitters? A first session with me is easygoing, warm, and judgment-free. I bring a calm, friendly energy that helps people feel at ease quickly. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you hope to change, and how we can work together to support your goals and your unique journey.
