Great to meet you!

Let's work together to address your life struggles and attain suitable solutions that will ease the stress you are carrying. With my experience and your willingness I believe we can move your world view to a place that will implement the change you desire.

My approach to therapy

I describe therapy as a buffet. I will set the table based on what you provide and desire to work on and it is up to you to take what you want to put on your plate.

What you can expect from me

Often clients possess the means to resolving issues and they just need a little help to arrive there. I offer sound solutions after problems are identified.

Often our relationships add to the traumas of life. EMDR is a process that can take the edge off of those traumatic experiences and help move you to a new place of clarity.
