Great to meet you!

My background is a bit unconventional, having transitioned from corporate marketing to community outreach before ultimately pursuing a career in therapy. My personal experience with undiagnosed ADHD well into adulthood has fueled my passion for this work. After decades of struggling despite outward success, I began a journey to better understand myself, including deep dives into neurodiversity and challenging societal assumptions. This experience has given me a unique perspective, and I’m committed to using it to support others in breaking down thinking errors that hinder self-acceptance and goal achievement.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with clients to explore and embrace their unique neurodivergent traits. My approach blends psychoeducation with the gentle challenge of unhelpful thinking patterns, providing you with the tools and insights needed to achieve your personal goals. Together, we’ll develop a tailored roadmap to help you gain clarity, build self-acceptance, and discover the strengths in your neurodiversity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their thought patterns and uncover the underlying meanings behind their reactions. Through a collaborative and reflective process, they’ll develop greater self-awareness, challenge limiting beliefs, and gain clarity in their personal growth journey. This approach empowers clients to make more informed, intentional choices in their lives.
