Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I’m Gretel Peon Vinent, a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Practice. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, worn down by depression, frustrated with ADHD, or unsure how to manage mood swings or trauma, you’re in the right place. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents, adults, and older adults, creating a safe space where your mental health is taken seriously and you are treated with respect, empathy, and curiosity about your unique story.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built on a client-centered, integrative model. I combine thoughtful medication management with supportive psychotherapy and lifestyle guidance to address not just symptoms, but the whole person. I believe in collaborative and empowering care—working with you to understand your unique story, your goals, and what matters most in your life. I take the time to listen to your full story. Together, we’ll create a personalized, sustainable plan for your emotional and mental well-being.

Whether you’re taking the first step toward mental health care or seeking a provider who sees you as a whole person—mind, body, and life—I’m honored to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a calm, judgment-free environment where you are heard and valued. We’ll talk about what brought you here, what relief would look like for you, and how we can work together—through medications, therapy, and practical strategies—to help you feel better and eventually thrive. If you’re ready to move toward clarity, resilience, and a more balanced life, I’d be honored to partner with you on that journey.
