Great to meet you!

Bilingual Licensed Therapist | Trauma-Informed & Culturally Sensitive

I’m a bilingual (English-Spanish) licensed therapist passionate about helping clients heal through introspection, compassion, and empowerment. As a working Latina and mother of three, I have a special heart for supporting women and minorities navigating life’s challenges.

With over 5 years of experience, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I’ve been trained in CBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and crisis intervention.

I believe we all hold the answers within—we just need a safe, supportive space to find them. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strength and rediscover your peace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, and completely judgment-free. I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation—where you can cry, laugh, be real, and feel truly seen. I’ll always meet you where you are, with compassion and a little humor when it helps. I’m not here to fix you, because you’re not broken—but I will challenge you with love and walk with you as you figure things out. We’ll go at your pace, but we’ll keep it real. Always.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and more connected to themselves. You’ll gain practical tools to manage what’s weighing on you, along with deeper insight into your patterns, emotions, and needs. I’ll help you tune into your inner voice, set boundaries, and build the confidence to make choices that feel good and true. Some days might feel heavy, some lighter—we might even laugh—but every session will be a step toward healing, clarity, and self-trust.
