Great to meet you!

Life can sometimes feel heavy, confusing, or simply different than you expected. There are moments when we feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what comes next. Therapy can offer a place to pause, breathe, and feel supported without judgment.

I believe you deserve a space where you can be yourself, tell your story, and feel genuinely heard. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to better understand what you're experiencing, build on the strengths you already have, and find ways to move forward.

Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to walk through it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to listen, understand, and walk alongside you as you find your way forward. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, experiences, and goals, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed care, strengths-based therapy, and family-focused interventions.

Together, we can work through what feels difficult, build on the strengths you already have, and develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected. My goal is not simply to help you manage your challenges, but to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I’ll listen to what brings you to therapy, learn about what you’ve been experiencing, and begin understanding what you hope to gain from counseling.

There is no need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We’ll take it at your pace, with no judgment and no pressure. Together, we’ll begin identifying your needs, strengths, and goals and talk about how I can best support you.

Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful that you don’t have to navigate everything alone.
