Great to meet you!

I show up to this work with genuine care, presence, and respect for your story. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself, and I don’t take that trust lightly. I’m calm, reflective, and steady, creating space for us to explore difficult emotions without judgment or pressure to “fix” anything right away. At the same time, I’ll gently support and encourage you as you feel ready to move forward. As a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), I understand how culture, language, and life experiences shape who we are, and I bring warmth, compassion, and authenticity into our work so you feel supported and not alone in what you’re carrying.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported, moving at a pace that feels right for you. I integrate mindfulness, reflective conversation, and evidence-based tools to support emotional insight and nervous system regulation. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be contributing to stress or feeling stuck, while building practical skills to help you feel more grounded and confident in daily life. I view therapy as a partnership, where we combine your experiences and strengths with guidance, structure, and support to help you feel more connected to yourself and more equipped to navigate life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a starting point, with no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope might feel different. I take a holistic approach, considering your emotional, physical, relational, and environmental experiences. You can expect a calm, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. By the end, we’ll begin identifying goals and next steps, and you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together moving forward.
