Great to meet you!

As the owner of Casa de Claridad Counseling, I am passionate about creating a supportive and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I provide bilingual (English/Spanish) telehealth therapy throughout California and enjoy working with college students, first-generation students, young adults, and adults. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance academic, professional, family, and cultural expectations, and I strive to help clients navigate these challenges with greater confidence, self-compassion, and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches, while remaining culturally responsive to each person's experiences and background. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore challenges, build coping skills, and create meaningful change at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals for treatment. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you can share openly and ask questions. Together, we'll begin developing a plan that supports your needs and helps you move toward the changes you'd like to make in your life.
