Great to meet you!

If you’ve experienced trauma or are simply going through a difficult time, you’re not alone. Whether you’re struggling to understand yourself, facing challenges in relationships or work, or feeling unmotivated, it can be hard to find your way forward. Though change may seem overwhelming or even impossible, the desire for peace, clarity, and purpose can be stronger than fear. If you’re tired of feeling stuck and are ready for change, I’m here to support you. Together, we can navigate the path to healing and help you uncover the strength within yourself.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am trained in Brainspotting, a somatic therapy that helps process deep emotions, especially for trauma recovery. I also use a combination of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Psychodynamic Therapy, to create personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of challenges and support lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face your struggles alone. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a supportive space to heal, grow, and find clarity. If you're ready to take the first step toward positive change, I’m here to walk with you through this journey. Let’s begin together.
