Great to meet you!

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology and a Master's in Social Work, with 15 years of experience in the field—six of those in clinical practice. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, youth, adults, families, veterans, the elderly, marginalized and vulnerable populations, and individuals impacted by substance use. My diverse experience has deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, effective support tailored to each person's unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is warm, empowering, and affirming, creating a space where you feel truly seen and supported. I believe in a solution-oriented mindset, helping you navigate challenges with practical tools and meaningful insights. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, foster resilience, and create a path toward the growth and healing you deserve.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel better mentally and emotionally, lifting the weight off your shoulders so you can move forward with greater ease. Through our work together, you’ll build resilience, discover your inner strength, and develop the confidence to navigate life’s challenges. I want you to leave each session feeling more hopeful, empowered, and supported on your journey toward healing and growth.
