Guerline Dume-Lotin

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) by the state of New Jersey with prescriptive authority. I received my master degree in Nursing Science from Walden University.

I have been diagnosing and treating clients across the lifespan focussing in Depression/mood disorders, Anxiety, OCD/PTSD, Identity disorder, ADHD/ADD and Stress. My competence in cultural diversity allows me to connect with my clients and build a strong rapport for successful treatment.

I use an integrated based approach of care. I look at every client as unique in order to make specific individualized treatment recommendations. I make it a priority to understand my clients' background, experiences and current lifestyle to better optimize their care holistically. I give great consideration to my clients' engagement and participation to the plan of care.

The time we will spend together is very important. I will ensure that my clients feel welcome, at ease, and comfortable to share their objectives with me.

My clients will be exposed to specific individualized brief psychotherapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness, positive thinking, and an satisfactory experience.

All necessary forms are to be filled out before the first meeting.
