Great to meet you!

Therapy should feel supportive, genuine, and deeply human, and that is the space I create for every client. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping them navigate anxiety, family issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficult emotional experiences. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who sees clients in English and Spanish, I help you feel safe, understood, and truly heard, without judgment. If this sounds like the support you are looking for, I would love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and emotionally focused. I believe our emotions often tell us something important about our needs, relationships, and experiences. I help clients recognize, understand, and work with their feelings and emotions. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and family systems with a Jungian perspective, exploring patterns, deeper emotions, and the parts of ourselves that may influence how we think, feel, and relate to others. I adapt therapy to each person, helping clients gain greater self-awareness while developing meaningful tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you as a person. I want to understand what brought you to therapy, what you have been experiencing emotionally, and what you would like to work on and potentially change in your life. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and creating a path forward that feels comfortable, collaborative, and meaningful to you.
