Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from carrying things alone, you’re not alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or the impact of past trauma, therapy can be a space to feel supported and seen. Many of my clients come in wanting to understand themselves better, break old patterns, and find healthier ways to cope. Others are just looking for a place to be honest without judgment. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to meet you with compassion, support, and care.

My approach to therapy

I offer a trauma-informed space grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I also draw on past training/work in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Prolonged Exposure to support emotion regulation & trauma recovery. My goal is to help you build insight, cope with challenges, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s weighing on you. I’m currently offering video sessions only and would be honored to support you in your healing journey.
