Great to meet you!

Now accepting new patients with flexible scheduling and quick appointments.

I help adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and sleep issues feel more stable, focused, and in control of their lives.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience, including work at the VA Medical Center. I provide practical, supportive, and evidence-based care tailored to your individual needs.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.

We will work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management and simple, effective strategies to improve your daily functioning and overall well-being.

I offer telehealth visits, including evening and same-day appointments when available. Services are available in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and results-oriented.

I take time to understand your unique experiences, symptoms, and goals, and I involve you in every step of the treatment process. I believe the best outcomes come from a strong partnership built on trust and clear communication.

I combine evidence-based medication management with practical strategies you can apply in daily life. My focus is not only symptom relief, but helping you feel more balanced, confident, and in control.

I prioritize safe prescribing, efficient care, and treatment plans that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on understanding your concerns, symptoms, and goals in a supportive and comfortable environment.

I will ask about your history, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from treatment. You will also have time to ask questions and share what matters most to you.

Together, we will begin building a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication options, practical strategies, and clear next steps.

By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of your situation and a structured plan to move forward with confidence.
