Great to meet you!

As a Punjabi Marriage & Family Therapist, I’ve seen how stigma around mental health can make asking for help feel hard. Therapy doesn’t require certainty, sometimes it just starts with giving yourself a chance. I work with individuals ages 13+ experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed practices and remain mindful of how past experiences can shape emotional well-being. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about concerns that may feel difficult or taboo within your cultural or family context.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is the start of a safe, collaborative relationship. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain. I’ll take time to learn about you and your background, explain my approach, and answer any questions so you leave feeling supported and clear about next steps.
