Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping you process through emotions and develop healthy coping skills to promote growth. As a South Asian American, I know that stigma and judgment from family and friends can stop people from reaching out. This is why it is important for people of color to feel comfortable reaching out for support. I have a passion for working with women, most specifically women of color, to help process through feelings.

My approach to therapy

I utilize many clinical modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, (DBT) and mindfulness to encourage self-awareness and growth with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors and transitions.

I provide individual counseling for adults wanting to seek counseling and increase healthy coping skills. I create a warm and nonjudgmental atmosphere to encourage individuals along the path to their most authentic self.

What you can expect from me

I take pride in helping individuals like yourself, figure out who you are by helping you cope with feelings of anxiety, depression, and self esteem. Through this process, we work together through difficult situations and create a foundation of healthy coping skills and effective communication patterns
