My approach to therapy is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you make real changes—not just talk about what’s wrong. I work with adults/teens dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck, especially when stress or relationships start to feel overwhelming.
In our sessions, you can expect a balance of insight and action. I’ll help you understand what’s driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, but we won’t stop there. We’ll also focus on practical strategies you can use in your daily life to feel more in control, communicate more effectively, and break patterns that no longer serve you.
My style is collaborative and goal-oriented. I’ll meet you where you’re at, while also challenging you when needed to help you grow. I don’t take a passive approach—I stay engaged, ask direct questions, and help you stay accountable to the changes you want to make.
One of my strengths is helping clients turn awareness into action. It’s one thing to understand your patterns, but it’s another to actually change them. I focus on helping you build that bridge so you can feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life.
