Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of clinical experience, I provide compassionate, client-centered care grounded in evidence-based practice. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, as well as the psychological management of chronic health conditions.

My therapeutic work integrates a range of empirically supported modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This integrative approach allows for tailored interventions that meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and life context.

My approach to therapy

At the core of my practice is a relational and experiential approach to therapy. I believe that meaningful change occurs through a strong therapeutic alliance and an active, engaged process that fosters insight, emotional processing, and practical skill-building.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive yet collaborative environment where exploration, growth, and resilience are encouraged.

I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to provide culturally responsive care to diverse populations. I am committed to reducing barriers to effective mental health treatment.
