Great to meet you!

My experience as a Mental Health Therapist has developed over the years by providing support to clients who have experienced: Severe Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disregulation Disorders, Phobias, and other diagnosis that often impair a persons's ability to function and achieve goals in life. I believe that we all have the potential to succeed in life and the potential to achieve greatness. A healthy mind is crucial to success, as we often face critical decisions on a daily basis.

My approach to therapy

As a License Marriage and Family Therapist I have developed the skills to provide support through various evidence based therapeutic theories. My specialization encompasses a range of areas including: Families, children, parenting, co-parenting, trauma, anxiety, depression, child/adult behavior modification, and other challenging mental health conditions.

What you can expect from me

Today, I extend an invitation to you: seize the opportunity to embark on a journey towards a brighter tomorrow. While we can't change what happened yesterday, and the future remains uncertain, we can still aspire for a better tomorrow by making positive decisions today.
