Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Guy Badio, DNP, PMHNP-BC. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their mental health journey. I provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management while working collaboratively with each client to develop an individualized treatment plan. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, mood changes, trauma-related concerns, insomnia, or life stressors, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to make meaningful progress.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care starts with listening. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I take time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals before developing an individualized treatment plan. I also believe in educating you about your diagnosis and treatment options so we can make informed decisions together. When appropriate, I coordinate care with therapists and primary care providers to support the best possible outcomes.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll have a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on understanding your concerns, personal history, and treatment goals. We'll discuss your symptoms, review any previous treatments, and develop a personalized plan that may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals for therapy when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and confident about the next steps in your care.
