Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I take a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach to understanding what they’re experiencing. I pay close attention to the patterns that show up in daily life and how past experiences may still influence them. I work collaboratively and at a steady pace, giving clients room to express what feels important without pressure to present a certain way. Many people I work with appreciate that I’m observant, direct when needed, and focused on helping them build clarity and a more manageable way forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on helping clients understand the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I pay attention to how past experiences may influence the present and work with clients to build awareness and insight around these connections.

I integrate evidence-based methods while tailoring the work to each person’s needs and pace. Clients can expect a thoughtful process where we explore what’s contributing to their current challenges and identify ways of navigating life with more clarity and emotional steadiness. The goal is to support meaningful and sustainable change over time.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and what feels most important for you right now. I’ll ask questions about your history, current concerns, and any patterns you’ve noticed, while giving you space to share at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll also discuss my approach to therapy and what our work together may involve.

Clients often describe the first session as a chance to slow down and speak openly without feeling the need to be “on.” My intention is for you to leave with a clearer sense of where we’re starting and feel grounded in the direction we’ll take moving forward.
