Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping individuals navigate life changes and challenges, at home, at work and in their relatiohships. I also have a special interest in working with first responders and professionals who have experienced depression, anxiety, PTSD and the unique challenges that can come with demanding careers

My approach is holistic, goal-oriented, and collaborative. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, your experiences and your goals, while my years of experience and clinical knowledge can provide guidance, perspective, and support along the way.

I am interested in getting to know you-not only the struggles that have brought you to therapy, but also your strengths, successes, and the experiences that have shaped who you are today. Together we can develop a treatment approach tailored to your individual needs and goals, with the hope of helping you feel more balanced, more resilient, and confident as you move through this time in your life.

My goal is to create a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship where we can work together to help you become the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to tailor your treatment to your specific needs, using the many years of experience that I have as an individual and family therapist as well as being a board-certified Clinical Art Therapist, if that interests my client. Using verbal and non-verbal cues are helpful in our work together and may enhance your treatment.

What you can expect from me

Curious by nature, I create a welcoming, comfortable environment for you to download and express your thoughts, emote your feelings and probably the things you shy away from "burdening" others with, so that you can clean your palette and work together in a collaborative environment toward a new start in meeting your goals.
