Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in individuals going through life changes at home or at work. I also have a specialty and often work with first responders, and professionals that have encountered PTSD, depression and anxiety. I have a holistic, goal oriented approach and want to help you meet your goals. I am interested in learning about you and what your struggles and successes have been and are currently. My hope is to tailor your treatment to help you be the best version of yourself at this time in your life. I value a collaborative interpersonal interaction to achieve your goals...your knowledge of yourself and goals combined with my years of experience working successfully together with others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to tailor your treatment to your specific needs, using the many years of experience that I have as an individual and family therapist as well as being a board-certified Clinical Art Therapist, if that interests my client. Using verbal and non-verbal cues are helpful in our work together and may enhance your treatment.

What you can expect from me

Curios by nature, I create a welcoming, comfortable environment for you to download and express your feelings and thoughts so that we can work together in a collaborative environment to meet your goals.
