Great to meet you!

It takes courage and humility to seek help for oneself. I aim to assist clients in understanding themselves and guide them through making changes in their lives so they can feel better. With several decades of experience in mental health settings I utilize my education and training to help clients make the changes they want for themselves.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create an empathic, collaborative atmosphere to help clients address and diminish pain and conflict in their lives. My clinical orientation is grounded in psychodynamic and relational theory. However I do work eclectically, matching a myriad of theories and clinical techniques to meet clients where they're at and assist them in their stated goals for treatment.

What you can expect from me

Compassion, empathy, and an effort to understand what changes clients want to make in their lives. Establishment of goals and hopes for therapy.
