Great to meet you!
Life is full of changes, challenges, and unexpected turns. As a therapist, it’s truly my joy and privilege to walk alongside people through difficult seasons—helping them find peace, purpose, and a deeper sense of fulfillment along the way.
Along with my professional training, I bring a personal understanding of life’s ups and downs. As a woman, daughter, sister, wife of over forty years, mom, and grandmother of ten, I’ve experienced many of the same joys and struggles that my clients face. These experiences have shaped my perspective and deepened my empathy for others.
I earned my degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary and have been practicing for more than 12 years. I’m trained in EMDR, which I often use to help clients process and heal from trauma. My approach is holistic and integrative—supported by a second Master’s degree in Theological Studies and certification in Religious Trauma.
I work with adults of all ages and have a special passion for helping couples navigate relationship challenges, strengthen communication, and build lasting connection.
